Our philosophy has been “close enough to and far enough from”. We look to purchase sites that are close to amenities and infrastructure such as railway stations and communities but at the same time are at a distance that allows purchasers to enjoy a quality standard of living. These prime sites vary from single properties to large residential developments in excess of 15 residential units.
Whereas the majority of developers have experience in sourcing and contracting out the building development, Premier construction has built a core expertise in the building process itself. Over the last decade we have installed a small permanent team with expertise in all aspects of building and design. These permanent members of staff have been able to complement and enhance the building process to facilitate out sub-contractors.
Over the last decade we have developed relationships with a variety of architects each of which has complimentary expertise and architectural styles. These have varied from colonial and classical residences to contemporary high end apartments. We work closely with each architect to ensure that the build process and final product is a superior and quality construction.
We work with both investors sales agent and our legal affiliates to produce high quality sales packaging and presentation to potential purchasers.
We run a back office management team that assist all buyers from purchase to move-in and all our properties come with a 10 year build warranty.
